Keeping everyone safe & informed:
For the safety of everyone, please reschedule your appointment if you are experiencing any cold, flu, or COVID-19 symptoms, such as fever, cough, sore throat, shortness of breath, or loss of taste/smell.
Please inform your stylist/barber of any allergies or sensitivities you may have to any hair care products/ingredients and/or specific tools (e.g., razors, foil shavers).
We follow strict sanitation procedures for tools, equipment, and surfaces between each client.
We prioritize using safe, high quality, green label products.
Cancellation Policy:
We value your time and the time of our other clients. We request that you arrive for your appointment on time.
If you cancel within 6 hours of your appointment time, you will be subject to a 50% service charge at your stylist’s discretion.
For any no-call/no-shows, 50% of the service fee will be charged to card on file.
A grace period of 15 minutes is allotted for unforeseen circumstances. If you arrive later than 15 minutes, we cannot guarantee your service and you may be subject to pay full service amount.
